Lull Telehandlers
Lull telehandlers have been in production ever since the year 1959. They specialize in load placement. For more precise placement capabilities, their patented Stabil-Trak stability system provides much more precise placement capabilities. Lull telehandlers provide a huge range of optional attachments and these telehandlers can really help you complete all your needs, while being safe and efficient at the worksite. When both accuracy and precision are really vital, leave it to a Lull telehandler to complete everything you require.
The Future
Many attachments have been engineered and developed to be able to make rough terrain forklifts as efficient as possible. Winches, booms and rotating fork carriages allow the forklift to place materials in a more precise way. The booms or articulating booms are available in 2 different extendible arms and could reach up and over structures in order to position loads on interior roof slope settings or in the center of upper floors. New attachments and products are being designed and made all the time and would debut in the future.
A lot of improvements have been made with extra safety features becoming more prevalent. For example, load-reach management devices can restrict the forklift's reach automatically, based on the load being handled as opposed to depending on the operator. Pressure sensors are utilized to be able to determine the weight of the load. This information is sent to a tiny electronic memory device that had all the load-reach limitations pre-programmed into it.
The boom's memory will compare the extension and the angle of the boom with the safety limits, when the load is being placed into position. There is a warning system or an essential lock-up device that prevents the operator from over-reaching and possibly causing the boom to fail or the forklift to tip over.
