End Control Forklifts
AC stand-up end control forklift trucks are well known in the material handling business for their great flexibility. These machinery have great performance characteristics that are somewhat like sit-down electric forklift models.
These lift truck units are ideal for warehouse settings that have limited space. The space required to use these machinery are less than the three-wheel electric lift truck truck requirements. These machines are an excellent alternative for applications which need regular on and off access, because their stand-up design is an excellent feature.
A lot of businesses used a reach truck to maintain their storage facilities. These loading machines can arrange finished products on pallets and materials to be stored or stacked into tall shelving compartments. The reach truck provides safe and simple retrieval of the loaded pallets. It is also a great option for individuals who prefer to store pallets of goods they do not require yet in a way that is both safe and efficient.
The basic reach truck model is outfitted with an out-rigging mechanism located on the front of the truck. A set of telescoping forks that move up and down are mounted to the out-rigging. The forks also include a hydraulic system that allows the driver to pick up the load and move it over the out-riggers. This particular design not just gives much more balance to the whole load, but makes it very easy for the reach truck to maneuver into narrow aisles between the storage shelves.
Once the selected shelf has been identified, the hydraulic blades swing into action and lower the pallet into the shelving unit, helping to slide the load into position. Normally, a reach truck would easily fit into an aisle which is less than 10 feet wide with no trouble, so long as there are no other pallets protruding out from the shelving area.
